the shim sham shimmy

Hearts will be broken --

Given that only two people voted spools and I am currently amidst a nomadic quest I voted "nay sharks, sneer your teeth in the direction of the tuna!" to the cassettes. In redemption, and out of obligation --for there is a responsibility accompanying a hypersonic mix-- warm up, sweat it out, and cool down with the finest of terry hugging your noggin. I hope you'll find your colour appropriate, and the mix a barrage of hurt on your fat cells. Eat your heart out Shaquille O'Neal.

Track 12 is a choose-your-own-artist. But seriously, if you really know who it is, let me know.

end post.

I would also like a copy of the "douche" playlist, pls thx.

Spill The Wine? Slam dunk Canada! An over-fed, long-haired, sleeping gnome...

Anglos.

Douche means "shower" in french. I need a beat to lather to, it includes the likes of Ernie's "Rubber Duckie", from the soundtrack of The Little Mermaid "Under the Sea" and my all time favourite, "Singing in the Rain". I like my showers clean and cliché, like a good Mormon girl. :D

It's in the mail.

Eiryn, c'mon..a little credit on the French tip.

it wasn't the french I was worried about, it was that hint of debauchery in your "pls thx". A flippant drop of vowels, rushing through responses like a gluttonous 16 year old rushing to home base. That's how illegitimate babies get made.

I'll have you know that my first order of business was donning that grape headband and going running. In fact, I love it. I didn't even know I was the headband sort. I've come home.

Oh yeah, and the review comes soon.

I'm glad you found your niche. Oddly enough the Sorting Band told me you were a Grape.

I never knew either... until I put it on. I had to share the magic.

yeah, one of my best guys is kickin it there. He's got a mix and band too. You should look him up, I should have him look you up. He's looking for the headbandy crowd.

Eiryn, more later, but I'm loving the mix. I just got it and listened to the first half while I was running around the house today....it's fabulous. Stuff I don't have and always sort of wished I had but didn't know where to begin having it.

And I, also, am a huge fan of the headware. And the nickels. Thank you thank you. And send my love to April Sunshine and you both.

And also, Blood Sweat and Tears: the best. I used to have a cassette tape of theirs that I carried with me to my first year of Ricks College and danced on the sofas to. Thank you for bringing them home to me.

had to represent Canada on that track prax. Missed ya in YYC, and forgot to check out "Floating" while I was there. Instead I rocked floating down the Elbow for three hours.

I digs me some rivers and lakes.

Thanks to all for feedback, glad you liked (or for the mutes of the group, didn't like) the mix.

I have already lost 13 POUNDS on the Shim Sham Shimmy and YOU CAN TOO!!

The Shim Sham Shimmy is great because you can eat what you want and still be the person you want to be, but a simple listen of an hour a day really yields results! I have recommended Shim Sham Shimmy to all my friends.

Wajok: I never commented on this, but for a month or more a few months ago, this rocked my waking moments. I would listen to it going to and fro from fishing on the Snake. I love the lead track. Love it. And the BS&T is gold. The Whitey track? I dig it. And the mystery track...it is my goal to find the name. I will return and report.
